Our 911 address is: 7957 US Hwy 11, Potsdam, New York 13676. Driving Directions: Turn on to Lawrence Avenue In Potsdam. Head East toward Malone.  Pass the Elementary schools and continue straight. Lawrence Avenue turns into US Hwy 11 after village/town limits. Go approximately 2 miles from the elementary schools.  Our office is located on the left side of the road.  There is a car port located at the front door for pick up/drop off of patients with special needs.  A wheelchair can be found at the front door for patient's use.   Handi-Cap parking is available and is located at the beginning of the parking lot. All other parking is located at the side and back of the building.
